Requesting a Transcript
Request a transcript by clicking the blue "order records" button below
for Current Students
- Access the School Storefront by clicking the blue "order records button" above.
- Log In to your Parchment Account. Enter your login details (username and password). If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.
- Go to Transcript Request
- Specify Delivery Method Decide whether you want your transcript sent electronically or by mail
- Submit Your Request. Click “Submit” to complete your order.
- Payment information: current students do not pay fees for official or unofficial transcripts
The process is the same for official and unofficial transcript requests. If you would like a copy of your own transcript, request that is it sent to your own email address. (Aug 2024: usually students have the ability to print their transcript from PowerSchool. That function is broken at this time. The work around to to have Parchment email your transcript to your email)
for Alumni

- Access the School Storefront by clicking the blue "order records button" above.
- Log In to your Parchment Account. Click “Log In” at the top right corner of the storefront page. Enter your login credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using your personal information and graduation details.
- Go to Transcript Requests
- Select Your Transcript Type. Choose “Alumni Transcript” or the appropriate option for former students.
- Specify Delivery Method Choose between electronic delivery or physical mail. Provide the recipient’s email address or postal address as required.
- Review Your Request Double-check all details related to your transcript request, including the type and delivery method.
- Submit Your Request Click “Submit” to complete your order.
- Enter payment details
- Track Your Request Use your Parchment dashboard to track the status of your transcript order. You will receive updates about your request via email or through your dashboard.
for Seniors
College Applications: you will be given an unofficial transcript (hard copy) with your schedule by the end of the first week of classes to use while filling out your college applications. If you misplaced it order an electronic copy to be sent to your email via Parchment.
Scholarships: Transcript requests for scholarship applications are made through Parchment.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
Applying to a UC or CSU- DO NOT send a transcript unless requested by the college. This usually does not happen during the admissions process but if it does, it will be AFTER the application is due. An official transcript can be sent directly to the school by completing the transcript request form on the counseling webpage. Be sure to allow for the 24 hour processing time.
Once you have committed to a school, a FINAL transcript with proof of graduation will need to be sent. This request is made by completing the Senior Survey in which is due May 1.
Using Common Application-Your counselor will upload your official transcript directly. You DO NOT need to request a transcript.
SendEDU-Request your transcript be sent using Parchment.
Applying to a private or out of state school that DOES NOT use the Common Application/SendEDU:
A transcript could be required. Consult the specific school website to confirm. An official transcript can be sent directly to the school by using Parchment.
